SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar HB 239-VOCATIONAL EDUCATION PILOT PROGRAM. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion carried. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS informed members that they did not adopt a Senate Rules Committee substitutes to HB 203-SPECIAL APPROP: SCHOOL DIST.
